RAM-INGEST Privacy Policy (interim)

1. The App

The App does not send your footage or device information to RAM STUDIO. License keys are checked offline inside the App. When checking for updates, the App version and macOS version reach the update server (ramsquare.vercel.app).

2. Purchases

Pro is sold by bank transfer. We keep the company name, business registration number, contact person, email addresses and depositor name you give us. We use them to issue and send your license key, issue tax invoices and handle refunds, and keep them for the period required for transaction records (5 years).

3. Transfers abroad

Our server and database run on Vercel and Neon (Singapore region).

4. Requests

Send access, correction or deletion requests to stage@ramstudio.kr.
