RAM-INGEST License Agreement (interim)

This agreement covers RAM-INGEST, both the free version and Pro (the "App"). Installing or running the App means you accept it.

1. What the App does

• The App copies files from camera cards to destinations you choose and reads every copy back to compare it with the source.
• The App never writes to the card and has no format feature.
• Green means the number of copies you set has passed verification.

2. Your check

Before clearing a card, review the verification result and report, and make sure verified copies exist on at least two separate drives.

3. License

• The free version is free for personal and commercial use.
• Pro runs on as many Macs as the license key states. You may not share keys or bypass the license check.
• The price includes one year of updates from the issue date. After that, the version you have keeps working.

4. Liability

• For damage caused by our ordinary negligence, RAM STUDIO pays direct damages only, up to the amount you paid for the App.
• We are not liable for indirect damages caused by ordinary negligence (reshoot costs, schedule delays, lost business).
• These limits do not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.
• Please tell us by email within 30 days of learning of the damage so we can investigate together.

5. Refunds

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. See the refund policy.

6. Other

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Changes are announced on this page with an effective date.
